Is leaving my phone intermittently on a 10w wireless charger all day at my desk, bad for battery health?

Or is it better to charge it in one cycle at night?

My 10W wireless charger takes about 4+ hours.
45w Super Fast charger takes about 1 hour.

No... Wirless Charging don't relate to Super Fast Charging

I didn't ask anything about Super Fast Charging.

A phone battery is generally rated for 800 cycles. I am asking if it's safe to leave the phone on a wireless charger on the desk and pick it up as required or is better to charge it fully in one cycle. Does a 10 - 15min wireless charging session count as a single cycle?

If it's between 20-80 shouldn't be an issue.

You can charge frequently between 20% to 80% and battery temperature not exceeding 40°C

I suggest you better charge at one go rather than keeping it on wireless charging all the time.
