Is this some kind of digital desert I've wandered into? Are the update servers on a permanent vacation in the Bahamas? Have the developers eloped with the QA team and forgotten about us loyal users? My patience is thinner than a wafer, and my disappointment levels are reaching Mount Everest proportions.
