Is it true that S10 Lite started receiving One UI 3.0?

If this is true, why is update being rolled out to Lite version before the main models ( S10, S10Plus) ? 

When can S10 Plus users expect the updates?

Never have this mindset that lite models cannot get updates before the regular or plus models.

yes bro my s10 lite have received One UI 3.0 on 22nd December.

S10 lite is a more recent device than S10 series. Naturally any company will update their devices in the descending order of their launch. Only the name of S10 lite is synonymous with S10 series but the device was actually launched with the S20 series. Thus the earlier update.

Because s10 lite was launched in Feb 2020 and s10 series was launched in March 2019 also S10 lite has much more powerful processor than s10 plus, s10 and s10e
