Ever since I updated my phone(S21FE)to One UI 7, I've been experiencing noticeable heating and faster battery drainage. I'm wondering if this is a common issue or something specific to my device. Would love to hear if others are going through the same after the update and if there are any fixes or workarounds you've tried.

Many people have reported heating and battery drain issues on the Galaxy S21 FE after the One UI 7 update. This is a *common issue* — not just your device.

What you can do to fix it:

1. *Enable software optimization*
- After the update, the phone will optimize the system in the background for a few days. Use the phone normally for 2–3 days, and the battery will gradually stabilize.

2. *Wipe Cache Partition*
- Turn off the phone and go to Recovery Mode by pressing the *Volume Up + Power* buttons.
- Select *Wipe cache partition* and restart the phone.

3. *Restrict background apps*
- Turn on Settings → Battery and device care → Battery → Background usage limits → Put unused apps to sleep.

4. *Enable Adaptive Battery*
- Settings → Battery → More battery settings → Keep Adaptive battery on.

5. *Turn off unnecessary features*
- Always On Display, 5G, Location Service – Keep it off except when in use.

6. *Report using Samsung Members App*
- This will allow the Samsung developer team to log the issue and provide a fix.

---

🔄 If the problem persists:
- *Factory Reset* option can be kept as a last resort (with backup).
- Or wait for the next *software patch update*.

Following these steps will resolve the issue in most cases.😊
