Internet Slow Issue Report
Device: Samsung Galaxy S24 FE
Software: One UI 8.5 Beta 3
Issue:
After updating to One UI 8.5 Beta 3, mobile internet has become slow.
Details:
Internet is very slow inside home
Outside speed is normal
Apps take time to load (YouTube, browser, etc.)
Problem started after update
Expected:
Internet should work fast and stable everywhere
Actual:
Slow speed and delay indoors
Impact:
Daily usage affected

In case after update if you got display related issue:

Today, I want to bring attention to a serious issue affecting many of us. There are increasing cases where software updates are leading to display problems like green lines on screens.

It appears that the hardware of these devices is not capable of handling such major software updates, which is resulting in these display issues.

This is not just an isolated incident. it’s becoming a pattern. And as responsible consumers, we must raise our voice.

If you are facing this issue:

- Do not rush to pay for repairs caused by software updates.
- First, escalate your case to servicehead.in@samsung.com
- If your issue is still not resolved free of cost, file a complaint in the consumer forum.

Documents required to file a complaint:

- Job sheet from service center.
- Phone purchase bill/invoice.
- Clear photo of the phone showing the display issue.
- Email copies / telephonic conversation recordings.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue on Beta community forum immediately and wait for next update it's maybe fix by Samsung Beta team soon.
