Intermittent problems with inbound calls in S23 FE

Hi all,

I bought an S23 FE some months back and had immediately noticed some issues related to calls. I have a dual sim version and when two sims are inserted, I will randomly stop receiving calls to any of the SIMs. The issue is not permanent as there will be certain windows where I receive calls. If I make an outbound call from the phone, however, it resolves the issue for some time, and I can receive incoming calls. Then, the issue repeats after a while.

If I only use a single sim and leave the other SIM out, no matter which SIM tray or SIM card I use, I don't see this issue.

I have reported this to the service center and they've been helpful by replacing my handset twice. But each time, the problem has persisted. I am on my third S23 FE device and because of the unsolved issue, I have had to use this device with a single SIM and use my old handset for the other SIM.

Now obviously, the suspicion falls to the possibly faulty SIM cards. But, they're fairly new and I have had no problem using them in any other device aside from the S23 FE. If it was a problem with the SIM cards, I should've noticed it with other devices and even with this S23 FE when using one SIM at a time, right?

Has anyone dealt with this before? Any suggestions for me?
