Intelligent wifi not working as expected

I have two wifi networks at home when am moving around phone not automatically switching to strong networks even though intelligent wifi is turned on and screen is in off stage as said in its settings. Dont know its one ui 6.1 issue or an existing issue in all one ui. With my previous phone this worked very well (not samsung)

To attach the log file: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

I will do that but i dont know there will be error log for this, one ui doesn't switch wifi automatically thats the issue

Yes I am also facing the same issue. Not switching automatically to better WIFI network (having strong wifi signal) even though the screen is off.
