Galaxy SSamsung Galaxy S23:
@SamsungIndia I'm experiencing frequent screen freezes and UI glitches on Instagram since last 2months while using my Galaxy S23. The app becomes unresponsive and lags often.phone starts heating as well battery starts draining quickly.
Done with all reset,reboot,format,cache clear activities.still issue not solved
Please assist or suggest a fix. #SamsungCare #GalaxyS23 #SamsungSupport

Galaxy SI'm also facing the same issue. It started after the last security patch update before One UI 7 update.

As you are facing multiple issues with your device, we kindly ask you to share the log file with us. Also, share the same video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.
Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
