Incorrect PIN Pattern issue on Beta

I was on the One UI Beta and yesterday I got an issue where the phone rejected access to me... It kept on saying that my PIN was incorrect even though it was indeed correct... I reset the device and the problem got worse. I am not able to set a new PIN or Pattern and the device is now left without any secure lock...

I even downgraded to Android P by withdrawing from beta and flashed the OS using ODIN and due to some weird reason the problem follows on Android P as well... It doesn't accept any new PINs or Patterns...

Guys don't downgrade, it does not solve this problem... Another user has confirmed it as well...

And is anyone facing this issue on Android P... Who has not installed the beta????

Not yet bro.... Trying to figure what else can we possibly do.... The only thing left to try is to flash the version of the OS the device was released with and then upgrading to the latest stable version... And still there is only a 30% chance that it may work....

Issue is not due to opting for beta program. I think it is because of the software update mentioned in this attachment. I've updated it 2-3 days back. Lucky thing for me is that atleast biometrics are working fine. But I need to get it fixed, that too without factory resetting. Someone, please let me know if there is a way.

I searched XDA devs for the issue. The same issue was caused in s7 but the problem disappeared after a nominal restart. This time the problems seems to be worse and not working with a RESTART. Maybe due to a security flaw which may randomly cause PIN to change.

What.... Its working and it has been fixed for everyone.... Which software version are you running right now??? Did u rollback from beta to stable version and then unrolled from beta and stayed on the stable version... If u did that then possibly you might have missed the hotfix update that was issued to beta users....

yes I unrolled from beta and then rolled back to stock android 9, the issue was not fixed and now after official android 10 still issue persists.
