I use a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. After an update it got a green line on the screen. After so many emails calls and whatsapp chats I get to talk with some service head who is in Chennai. After lots of arguments with him at final we got into a term that, I will get my screen replaced for no cost apart from the gst amount of Rs. 4000 aprox. That I need to pay.
We agreed went to service center they kept the phone for a week and after that they say that they don't have my part available with them and I have to wait for some time while they try to arrange my part from somewhere else.
I waited for like 2 months now. And now I heard Samsung announced that April 30, 2024 is the last date to get the screen replaced.
Guys please tell me if Samsung India can't arrange a part can't they provide a Samsung voucher for the same price so that I can get a new device. Like what Oneplus did for their customers?.
