Active Level 1

On my S8 I am using VoLTE (Jio) on SIM2 and Airtel 4G on SIM1.

If I switch Data to SIM1, SIM2 becomes not reachable.

Is this bug or designed like this itself.
Any work around to address this issue.

Yes, Bcz Jio only works on VoLTE network mode and you select Sim 1 data Jio Sim network mode changes to 3G/2G so you will never get network on Jio if u uses other SIM data.. Thr is one solution u can work..You can manually change network mode of Airtel sim to3g/2g and select LTE for jio sim thn you will get the network in Jio..bt your Airtel data will only work on 3G no 4G/LTE..please let me know if this helps.. Thanks guys.. For the response.. But What a silly limitation?? Not sure if I have to laugh at this or feel sad for buying so called premium. So issue would be same on Note 8 as well. There should be awareness on this limitation., at least for the people who is going to purchase.
