Icon frame option is missing

Earlier icon frame option was there.. in new Android pie one ui update it is missing..

yes it is missing! so is the am/pm indicator on the clock in top left corner.

Why do you want the AM / PM? Can't you see when its bright and dark outside? 🤔

am pm i guess they hv removed to save some space..
