Hello Samsung Community,

 

I am writing to report an issue I have encountered with my Samsung Galaxy S23, running One UI 6.0 and Android 14. The problem revolves around the display of the IMEI number when using the Code. *#06# USSD code.

Please Turn off Auto Blocker From Setting (Security And Privacy) But Turn it on After Your Work Complete Because It Is Important For Your Privacy.

Just Turn off "Auto Blocker".

Please turn off Auto Blocker in security and privacy settings then try to it's again also turn on it's again after use this code or any other code for your's device security . Please go to settings > security and privacy > autoblocker and turn off autoblocker

As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Disable Auto Blocker: Settings> Security and Privacy> Auto Blocker> Then turn it Off.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
