Hello Samsung/Admins/Guys!
I have been trying to exchange my old device (S22+) with S24 Ultra which I pre-ordered & I have also successfully diagnosed my mobile with Cashify Diagnosed App but it is showing "Pending IMEI validation, try after 5 minutes".
I have tried 3 times but it didn't work. I don't want my exchange gets cancelled. 

I am humbly requesting you to please suggest me any resolution for this issue.

I got it at 60k. Worth 24k for 16 months of S22+ usage is incredible. Isn't it? 🤪

I've got S23U and with all offers best price I've got os 55k on Samsung Shop app.
There is only 5k difference for your deal.

Oh wait. I thought you got S24U for 60k.

I meant. I bought it at 60k around 16 months ago in the sale and got ~36k in exchange. So, it is ~24k for 16 months of S22+ usage, which is incredible. 😋

Hey @iMAjay,

I had the same issue when I exchanged my device. The delivery guy told me to uninstall the Cashify Diagnose app and reinstall it. I didn't do it at first because all the tests were successful. But he insisted, so I did as he said. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, ran all the tests again, and it worked! The exchange was completed successfully. If you haven't tried this yet, give it a shot. Hopefully, it'll fix your exchange problem.

Actually, I did factory reset my device a night before exchanging the device & it worked.

That's exactly what I felt. It was their server's issue. I kind of have that feeling, but I reset it anyway. Didn't want to leave any loose ends. 😅
