Hello Samsung Community,

I am writing to report an issue I have encountered with my Samsung Galaxy S23, running One UI 6.0 and Android 14. The problem revolves around the display of the IMEI number when using the Code.jpg USSD code.

Details of the Issue:
Device Model:Samsung Galaxy S23
Software Version: One UI 6.0, Android 14
Issue:When dialing Code.jpg to retrieve the IMEI number, the information is not displayed as expected.

This is a concerning matter for me, especially considering potential phone exchange scenarios where having the correct IMEI is crucial. I wanted to bring this to the community's attention and seek assistance in resolving this issue.

Steps Taken:
1. I have tried the Code.jpg code multiple times.
2. I have checked for software updates, and my device is currently running the latest version (security patch December 23 installed)

If anyone else has encountered a similar problem or if there are suggestions on how to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate your input. Additionally, if there are any upcoming software updates addressing this concern, I would like to be informed.

Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. Your support is invaluable.

Best regards,
Somnath Pal
