I recently encountered a pink line issue on my Samsung S21 display, so I reached out to Samsung customer care. They informed me that both the display and battery would be replaced, as per Samsung's policy. The service center even confirmed they received approval for both the display and battery replacement.However, when I got my phone back, only the display was replaced, and the battery remained untouched. This seems like a scam where they apply for approval for both parts but only replace the display in the end.If you're going through a similar process, make sure to double-check with the service center that all approved replacements are actually done. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
