Same here with my S10. Samsung customer care says I have to keep the sim card in phone now for 3 days!
Come on man give me the offer. I have got my device, activated it. Give me the offer and let me change the sim now.

yes still no clue of the voucher code...this part sucks !
US people get the buds with their smartphone or the amount deducted on bill if buds not available...
here we have to pay and wait!

I will live with the wait. But at least they should give a confirmation that I will get my offer. Let me be free to change the sim card. Don't tie me with it for indefinite time.
