Oh i don't think so. I would say both are trying their best to build great ecosystems. Im technology enthusiast so I'm in both the ecosystems. And Samsung offers more products than apple includes house hold things. When it comes to mobile section, it tries to attract more than one price categories where apple won't encourage this kind of businesses
Finally I believe this is the only reason Samsung wouldn't get a chance to sit in those rich people's pocket 🙂 eventhough it offers best flagship products every year. Everyone has their own business strategies
The only reason I feel is exclusivity. Apple unlike Android is not exclusive to all. It's costly and maybe a 10/15% of the population might be able to afford it. Celebs journey is based of show business. They wear costly and exclusive dresses/watches and that's what make them different from us. They can be ambassador of noise watch also but won't wear them.
Anybody who says celebs buy for Apple ecosystem and longitivity considering apple gives 4 years of updates doesn't understand that the moment iPhone 14 series is up for grabs, celebs with throw their iPhone 13s.
