Portrait Mode not working on rear camera on S20 FE

Portrait mode is not working on rear camera on S20FE  (G780F) even I'm capturing photo from 1- 1.5 m distance. There id no option for changing background for photos clicked in portrait mode from rear camera. I have visited service center and they changed camera sensors but still issue is not resolved. Is it a problem with the software or with my device. Previously I had overheating issue and for that mother board is also replaced and heating issue is also not resolved. My mobile is just 6 months old and it had been in service center for a month for two replacement of the parts. It is really worst service.... It's totally unworthy buying Samsung devices. #worstservice

The same issue with my F62. Seems like a plethora of samsung chain of devices failing 😵‍💫
