I'm still facing the call issue

After the update of Android 12 I'm still facing the call issue on my samsung galaxy s21 ultra unlocked US version..volte is not working im unable to make and receive calls on jio sim.. Anybody facing this kind of issue

Got a notification. It was not a software update. But some configuration update.
