I have a question about exchange

I am planning to exchange my samsung S23 with Samsung s25 plus. I am thinking about placing an order in samsung shop. Will they ask for the phone box during the exchange ?

Samsung xchange is done via Cashify .They r only bothered about Phone and scratches on it to reduce the price.No where its mentioned they need box..but keep bill
