I can't able to access my "SMART VIEW" developer option after ONE UI 7 update

I can't able to access my smart View developer option after update ONE UI7 update. When I tap on "smart view" logo on 10 to 15 times but there is no option and nothing open. How can I open "smart view" developer option ..? I want to connect and want to use my phone as a secondary screen. Or secondary monitor

Go to settings > about > software > tap on build number 7 times > enter password or pattern. Say OK to "Allow development settings". Developer option open.
Go to settings. Below about phone you should find developer options.
