How access developer option on Smart View Version 8.2.21.26 in tab s6 lite ?

I want to use second screen on tab s6 lite and can't access developer option after updating to one ui 5.1.1 .

Smart view auto updated to Version 8.2.21.26 or is there is a way to downgrade it to a older version. I found a way which use's System UI tuner but it doesn't work on tab s6 lite.

After the recent update developer options were removed from smartview and it's not possible to downgrade either. Hopefully they will bring it back with oneui 6.

I have also updated but what if I clear app data, will the google cast still work without the developer option?

Google cast works but press-sensitive doesn't works for me in for some reason 😕

After clearing app data Google cast stops working.
