I brought s23 ultra but in my unlucky my phone sensors are not working properly. I visited service center they did software reinstall after that also its not working they denied to replace the device . Am totally unhappy with the horrible experience with Samsung am plan to move with Samsung to another brand not recommend to buy others. I waste money to buy this phone . I have another one also that one working properly. Only this one have the problem that am showed the technician but he refused and behave badly. Don't buy s23 ultra.before buy think first and going to post on social media about this issue and what I faced in service centre guy behaviour
