My dear complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's free of cost. Thanks.

I am also using s21 ultra, and for me, there is no such issue after installing the Nov update. So it's happening for very few devices as of now. If this happens on more s21 ultra, then Samsung will replace the screen free of cost. Wait for some more days, let's see.

Please Don't Update They Said While Updating Device The screen might became hot and lost its connection over the panel Or Update ur Device In Cold Area

In all the devices, it's happening anyways Samsung is replacing display foc if it's widespread. Anyways don't worry, it happens rarely not to everyone. And in apple you won't be happy better don't go for that.
