How to update One Ui newer versions

Hi community, just want to share my experience which I followed during last two major Android updates, seeing how many folks are suffering from green/pink line issues right after updates.

There isn't anything special but try to download the update with wifi at any time during day, don’t overdo anything while downloading stay near wifi router/device don't let the download interrupt. 

At night before goinf to sleep put your phone on side for sometime and let it cool after usage than start the installation once done let your phone optimise the update in backend, and start using as usual from next day.

Not anything scientific but if any issue you are expecting only because of software updates then this will definitely help to reduce the risk.

Green pink line is due to the led screen heating up. Keeping mobile cool is the primary solution. Keep all background apps closed, update in a cool environment like an AC room if possible. Dont keep it on charging while installing update as it tends to heat up the phone. As long as the phone doesnt get hot you wouldnt face any green line

Thats what i also have felt, yes with time things deteriorate but with proper usage the same thing will last much longer.

Lot of Green line problem after software update it's very difficult to get free replacement of display from Samsung
