How to stop frozen media download

I was trying to download a picture from Google. But the download got hanged and in the notifications panel the status is continuously showing downloading and I can't cancel it by pressing the cancel button.

Force stop or try restart. If it doesn't help than leave your phone like that for a few minutes. This happened once to my Galaxy M20. Or you can try clearing cache.
