For rollback to One UI 6, you need a laptop or PC. First, withdraw from the beta program. Then back up your data cause, it's going to wipe out your whole data.

Step 1: Withdraw from the Beta Program Open the Samsung Members app on your device. Navigate to Settings > One UI Beta Program status > Withdraw. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your withdrawal.
Step 2: Roll Back to the Stable Software > From phone: Check for the software update (Settings > Software update > Download and install), a Stable build should be made available to your device. > Via PC: Install the Smart Switch PC Version on your computer. Connect your device to the PC. Perform a rollback to the official release version using Smart Switch.
When you roll back from One UI 7 Beta, all the personal data and apps will be removed.
