Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As you are facing the multiple issues on your device post update, we request you kindly share the beta log file. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To attach the log file: Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report.

However, If you want to downgrade the beta update, kindly follow the below given steps.

You can cancel through “Settings > One UI Beta Program > Deregister” menu in the “Samsung Members” app. In order to use the official software and services, be sure to re-install (rollback) the final version of the official software.

You can re-install software by using the PC version of Smart Switch. Once the software is re-installed, the device will be reset and all data that was generated during the Beta Program will be erased. All data which had been backed up before installing the beta software can be recovered, but there may be limitations in recovering data that was created after installing the beta software.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
