How to get refund of pre reserve of galaxy when i am taking help of agents of team samsung they reply in normal way as soon as i ask for refund they wont type anymore i waited for 1 hour please help

Nothing needs to be done.
Don't use the pass till Feb 7 and automatically refund will be issued to original payment mode.

We want to inform you that if the voucher if not redeemed till pre book period, will stand cancelled automatically. ₹ 1999# (Pre-reserve amount) will be refunded to the original source of payment, post pre-booking period is over.
