Currently I see only a small icon with different colours for each sim but i don't know to which sim is the message delivered.is there a way to show the mobile number to which a sms is delivered in the messaging app?

Choose sim color under sim manager, and remember it.

Unfortunately, most standard messaging apps don't directly display the mobile number a message was delivered to when using dual SIM functionality. The small color-coded icons you see usually just indicate which SIM card was used to send the message.
However, there might be a few workarounds or options you can explore:
* Check Message Details: Some messaging apps or phone settings might offer a way to view more detailed information about a sent message. This could potentially include the recipient's number. Look for options like "Message info" or "View details" when you long-press a sent message.
* Use a Third-Party Messaging App: There might be third-party messaging apps available on your phone's app store that offer more advanced features, including displaying the recipient's number for each message. Explore different options and read reviews to see if any meet your needs.
* Contact Your Carrier: In some cases, your mobile carrier might have specific services or apps that provide more detailed information about sent messages, including the recipient's number. Contact your carrier to inquire about such options.
* Check Your Phone's User Manual or Online Forums: Your phone's user manual or online forums dedicated to your phone model might have information about specific settings or features related to dual SIM functionality and message delivery.
Keep in mind that the availability of these options can vary depending on your phone's brand, model, operating system, and your mobile carrier.
