1. In the Samsung Members app, select "Register for One UI Beta Program" in the home banner to register for the One UI Beta Program whenever it becomes available.
2. Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Beta software will be available there.

It's not available now for any Samsung device. But when it's available for eligible devices users will be get a Beta program banner on Samsung Members App, click on it and register yourself on it and go to setting and click on software update and update your's device. Beta version of One UI 7.0 update may be available for eligible devices before end of this year and stable version of One UI 7.0 update may be available for eligible devices in next year first quarter.
