How to enable fingerprint unlock all the times (24/7)

Bcoz of the Samsung security policies, fingerprint works only twice or thrice during ten unlocks. This features to handle the phone so hard during the busy works also during driving. 

I want my fingerprint unlock to be active all the times. Atleast 90% of the times in a day.

After every 24hrs you have to use password and one more thing go to device care and turn off auto restart.

I found the cause rooting this issue.

Samsung actually recognizes how you lock your phone. Is it by double tapping or by pressing the power button.
If u are pressing the power button, then it keeps the fingerprint unlocking active
Or in case you are using any double tap applications with accessibility, it locks the phone everytime & can be unlocked only by password & not by fingerprint
