How to decrease transparency

Anyone knows how to decrease the transparency of notification panel either through settings or good lock . 

this is so much irritating

Open the themepark
Go to the quick panel
Select blur level 100

Nothing changes it remains same

Weird.
It should work.
Try by restarting mobile

Also tried this doesn't change anything it becomes glass like

Apply the default theme in theme store.

This happens after updating to one ui 8 on s 24 plus
