How to de-register and re- register my device

I accidently registered my device with wrong configuration and now i am unable to re register it in correct config. I even unregistered it but it still shows "device already registered" when I try to do so. Help!

Do a call with customer care that's only the option they will guide you remotely my friend.

Plz Accept solution clicking on 3dot right side nd Do follow for Regular Updates.

Connect to Samsung customer support and tell them the issue.i hope they will solve it
