How to change button layout

I want to change button layout default in my new phone . I have searched in all settings couldn't find anything . This button layout is looking very wierd

To Change Button Layout Follow This Steps:-
Open Setting>>Accessibility>>Vision Enahancement>>Turn off Highlight Button.
