How to block series of numbers on Galaxy S10

Is there a way that I can block a series of numbers on Samsung Galaxy S10 without a 3rd party application? I mean, if I want to block all the numbers starting with a specific pattern let's say +911725***

This feature is present on truecaller but it works only when I accept true caller as my defauly dialer which I don't want to.

You can block UNKNOWN CALLERS or a specific number or both but partial number specific block facility is not available

I can't block all the unknown callers as I can't expect everyone to be on my contacts list
