How long does your galaxy s9+ battery last ?

I purchased my s9+ on Jan 2020. I read reviews and most of em said battery life is bad. But, I didnt expect this much. My phone barely functions through a day. I always had to carry a powerbank alongside me even for a one day trip. 

Anyone else having this issue?

im getting a good 4.5-5hours after one ui 2.5 update with qhd+ resolution
if i use it barely it lasts almost 1 and half day with standby
btw im using s9.
and i did format after one ui 2.5 to remove bugsScreenshot_20201101-161819_Device care.jpg

am getting barely 4 hours even on power saving mode, fhd.

dont do it dude fhd, wqhd doesnt matter use wqhd all the time to get best experience

and i dont clear lot of apps background they keep on running
i use dark mode throughout it keeps on boosting the battery.
it mostly lasts without charge throught the day but some times i have to charge at the end of the day.
btw i never charge till 100%
i will disconnect it when it reaches 80%Screenshot_20201101-162225_Device care.jpg

yes, you are correct. I'm s9 user and it definitely have very bad battety life, i barely get 3.5 to 4 hour battety life on single charge. and its majorly hardware issue so software update can't bring that much different. except battety life and bad chip set everything is very good from camera quality, good display to perfect size.

Network can be a major culprit. Check your network strength in settings. If it stays more than -85 dbm in general, then your network is weak.
Also, the average SOT for S9+ is 4.5 hrs only. So, it is nothing abnormal.
