How To Check Your Samsung Care Plus Validity On The S25 Ultra (And Other Devices)

Hello Fellow Members, hope you had a great weekend! 

Back in the days, before the recent major update of the Samsung Members App in October 2024, users were able to check the validity of their Samsung Care Plus Warranty by just logging into the Samsung Members app, then opening the support tab as shown below.

After the update, things became a little bit more complicated, especially that the changes were not announced anywhere (as usual, lack of communication) users had to search and resort to other fellow members to try to find out how. 

We discovered back then that the only way was by checking the Samsung Website

If you are already signed in to you Samsung Account, the information would show automatically, if not, you would need to go to Warranty Checker, select the region, sign in, enter the IMEI, and the dates would show. 

 

Now, things are a little bit different, and more integrated in the UI.

I can't confirm if this is an exclusive Android 15 - ONEUI7.0 feature as i sold my previous S devices, or if it's now integrated in the OS-UI for everyone, but that's how you can find it now on the S25 Series that are running Android 15 - ONEUI7.0 :

  1. Open Settings on your phone. 
  2. Scroll down to About Phone
  3. Press on it. 
  4. Scroll down till you see Samsung Care Plus.

If you press on it, you will be taken to Samsung's website, and if logged in, you will see:

  • All the devices that you own. 
  • Their coverage Start-End Time. (Active And Expired) 
  • Ability to add additional devices in case they're not showing.

Hi Randy, what do you mean by not resolved? You still haven't been contacted by Northladder? Or you were and you paid but still did not receive the Allianz email to notify about the activation?

I paid Northladder with the link provided, then received a mail saying it was activated. And since then nothing.
