Previously, I had joined the Legendary "Green-line" club as u guys can see from my previouspost from few weeks back.
Now I am out of the club as back to normal😌
Lemme tell you how I fixed that issue and got out of the legendary club.
First, when I got the green line, I tried restarting the device, as anyone would do. but because it was a permeant "green-line", the screen was damaged.
So the next day, I went to the authorized Samsung Service Center and complained about the issue. I asked for a free replacement. They asked me some questions about the device and did a quick inspection of device. After that they asked me to bring the device and the bill, then they will make an order for the parts for my device. And they said, there is a 90% chance that I could get the free replacement, after opening the device and verifying all things, they can be 100% sure if I will get the free replacement or not.
So, The next day I did the same, brough the device and the bill to the shop, they ordered the parts.
About 2 week was over since they made the order. And meanwhile, I was getting more "green-line" on my display
And after about 2 weeks, I asked them if the parts have arrived or not (they forgot about me)... They said no, not yet... but the same evening, they called me told that yes the part have arrived, you can submit your device and get it repaired.
So the next day, I went to the store and submitted my S21FE... and the day after that, it was repaired.
And I was back to normal...
It was a free repair (only the service cost was charged)...
