Hi i am new in Samsung Family! Just bought Samsung Galaxy S23FE and i want to know about charging tips. I enabled battery protection at maximum (stop at 80%). So which is better Basic, Adaptive or Maximum for battery life and battery health for longer terms and till which percentage should i discharge my device everytime?

Yep! But its not updates fault as the updates are tested many times before they are delivered to end users.

2. Enable battery saver.
In battery saver you can disable turn off 5g so you can use 5g network on your device.
