Samsung told we have equipped hardware to support jio true5G. Jio told we never give permission to acces true 5G on overseas models. But this not happened to iphone. Am I buy this mobile by using bricks instead of money? Please tell me anyone jio and samsung facebook and twitter handles. I want to bring to the notice about my problems with samsung galaxy s24 ultra(sm-s928u1).

Iphones are made the same for every market. But with Samsung, it is unnecessarily overcomplicated, their modems are different from one market to another. In addition we have service providers like Jio, which are still running services in Beta. For 5G, I'd suggest you try Airtel, it uses the more conventional NSA network.

You need to unlock all the bands on your phone. Just search on youtube "Unlock Network Band's S24/S23 US". You'll find some useful videos.

Dear Samsung member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We want to inform you that all devices have different and specific features depending on their hardware and software. As of now, 5G is not supported in samsung overseas models in India.

If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

Warm Regards,

Not all overseas models, because Samsung phones from SE Asia work flawlessly with Jio 5G. It is primarily an issue with US, Canada and UAE variants.
