Hello guys my s21 ultra isn't updating its been stuck on Android 11 ui3 when I go to update it says all is up to date please help guys?

And the latest security patch won't update even though it is available

What error do you get when you try to download the security patch?

It just says "Your software is up to date". Even though there's a security patch available. See screenshot attached
