Heating problem s20 Plus

I am using two phones: 

# iPhone 6 - Using from the last 4.5 years and working perfectly if we ignore the device speed.

# Galaxy s7 edge - Died after 2.2 years of service.

To replace the s7 edge I just purchased the S20+ and spent around 72k

I am not a gaming user but the phone is heating too much after doing some basic operations. Like Calling, emails, camera, etc.

The phone is really nice with plenty of features and enjoying more than iOS but I have a feeling that it can not be run more than 2 years. 

Face lock is not too fast as I see it is really good on some Oppo phones whose cost is under 20k 

If there is an option of a refund then I would like to move to iPhone 11 Pro.

Can someone from Samsung - please respond to this serious issue.
We request you to callback all the sold S20 and provide a fix or new phone.

I'm still facing the heating issue even after the update... This has become very irritating now.. the phone have tons of feature but the heat issue is making it all worst .. is there a way I can return this phone and get a refund ?

Who can provide solution here? We all are just posting our concerns and no resolution given by Samsung Team.

it's nice phone of no use ..the shameless Samsung service guy says that up4o degrees it's normal ....shifting to apple is the only option
