Anyone facing S23 ultra heating on even light use?... Have any tips to solve this issue?

If your S23 Ultra is heating up even with light use, here are some possible reasons & fixes 🔥📱:

✅ Possible Causes & Solutions:

1️⃣ Background Apps Consuming Power ⚡

Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Background usage limits and put unused apps to sleep.

Check which apps are draining battery (Settings > Battery).


2️⃣ High Refresh Rate & Performance Mode 🎮

Switch to 60Hz (Settings > Display > Motion smoothness) if 120Hz isn’t necessary.

Lower Performance Mode settings in Battery & device care.


3️⃣ 5G & Location Services 🌍

Poor 5G network can cause heating. Try switching to 4G LTE (Settings > Connections > Mobile networks).

Turn off GPS when not needed.


4️⃣ Samsung AI & Background Processes 🧠

Disable Samsung Generative AI & unnecessary background features.


5️⃣ Charging & Battery Settings 🔋

Use a 25W charger instead of 45W to reduce heat while charging.

Enable Battery Protection (Settings > Battery > Battery Protection).

Clear your all browsers history as well as YouTube history (and amazon or any other shopping website cart). Delete them all.

Why??

You might have searched or looked for new phones. You already have s23 ultra, and Samsung is too smart. This is a very common issue. Many are complaining. Due to recent software updates (security updates), their phones are hanging or slower than usual. This is a psychological trick, the phone company is playing. They'll make you think that your phone is slower so that you'll go and buy a recent flagship. This is the problem of all phone companies.

Even I have the same heating problem on my S23 Ultra. An hour or so usage on chrome, the phone gets heated.

No idea my man. I now tried switching off my phone and charging and it's even super hot. Kept it for around only 40 mins. It shows temparature is around 43°C
People should not buy this Samsung. But every big brand mostly tries to do the same thing.

Try switching 5g to LTE. May help sometimes

Yeah this might help. But that's absurd to do these cheap tricks in sucha hefty price tagged phone. Do you no think so? Priced over 1 lakh rupees and this kind of treatment to the users.

Please reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also optimize your's device in device care too also clear catche of all apps manually then try to it's again.
