Very disappointed, three months now and still heating issue was not resolved. It heats up when Camara is on, pop up window is opened, plying minecraft. And it's too much heat, I should keep the phone underwater during that time.
Another major issue is banking app verification on secured folder, don't know what's problem but other apps able to do verification except banking apps.
@samsung please fix this issues or you are loosing your loyal customer one by one.
I hope we didn't make a mistake choosing Samsung over the iPhone.
If we can't make the most of all the main features of this device, what did we pay for? Why should we limit the device potential.
FYI, -My phone brightness is always adaptive. -I am not a hard-core gamer, I just play BGMI about 1 hr daily. During this, the device does not get heated compared to Minecraft, I am avoiding playing Minecraft - can't record video more than 5 to 10 min video due to heating issue - same issue with popup windows
If this isn't going to be fixed by some update, then nothing will do if we talk.
