Heating issues & secure folder banking apps not verifying

Very disappointed, three months now and still heating issue was not resolved. It heats up when Camara is on, pop up window is opened, plying minecraft. And it's too much heat, I should keep the phone underwater during that time.

Another major issue is banking app verification on secured folder, don't know what's problem but other apps able to do verification except banking apps.

@samsung please fix this issues or you are loosing your loyal customer one by one.
I hope we didn't make a mistake choosing Samsung over the iPhone.

Heating issue is common in samsung devices , i once submitted a report and they said it dont have any accurate solution but you can take some steps to prevent it.
Their exynos processor cant manage it, it below average processor.
There is a FAQ on members app search 'heating issue', you will get many ones regarding it. See this video below and try such steps to reduce it.

Submit error report also , maybe it solves it.

Any idea how to get report, it just heats and for banking apps they wait for OTP

They said, it's part of new update, what the hell is that?
Degrading the security is part of new update?
I don't understand the real purpose of having secure folder, if we can't use it for banking apps.

We would like to respectfully inform you that, the current limitations of the secure folder, may impede the functionality of the application by preventing the receipt of OTP or verification codes. To resolve this issue, we recommend removing the application from the secure folder to receive the necessary codes and use the application as intended. As of now, it is the concept of the device.

Decrease the screen brightness
If your device is heating, decrease the screen brightness sometimes high brightness levels may cause the heating issue.

Uninstall the unnecessary apps:
Too many apps installed on the device may cause the device heating issue. Uninstall the unnecessary apps if not using them.

Long duration of graphics-intensive gaming sessions
Long duration of graphics-intensive gaming sessions may cause the heating issue.
