We would like to respectfully inform you that, the current limitations of the secure folder, may impede the functionality of the application by preventing the receipt of OTP or verification codes. To resolve this issue, we recommend removing the application from the secure folder to receive the necessary codes and use the application as intended. As of now, it is the concept of the device.
As per your concern about the overheating issue, please copy the below URL and paste it into the web browser for the troubleshooting steps:
Decrease the screen brightness
If your device is heating, decrease the screen brightness sometimes high brightness levels may cause the heating issue.
Uninstall the unnecessary apps:
Too many apps installed on the device may cause the device heating issue. Uninstall the unnecessary apps if not using them.
Long duration of graphics-intensive gaming sessions
Long duration of graphics-intensive gaming sessions may cause the heating issue.
