Hello folks,

I've been using the Galaxy S24 for three months now and I'm experiencing a lot of heating issues. 🥵🔥 I can barely hold the phone properly. Is anyone else facing the same problem? #GalaxyS24HeatingIssues

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. It's automatically send by system immediately after send error report. But don't close Samsung Members App during this process till complete. Thanks.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
