I have Samsung s23 ultra. Which was giving very good performance and battery backup till December. But after the patch updates of January-February and March, heating issue and battery drain issue has increased in it. Earlier it has been seen that companies used to deliberately put such bugs in the software of their old devices to sell their new series. Now this time Samsung has done the same thing. Now Samsung also deliberately slows down its old devices by putting bugs. They have brought the problem of heating issue and battery drain in January-February March update. S23 Ultra s23 entire series used to give 5 to 6 hours screen on time normally. Now they are able to last only for 4:30 hours. Samsung should not do this with its customers. Samsung should not do low and cheap things by lowering the performance of their old devoces.Samsung has earned a lot of name and now it is doing such things which bring it to a low and low category. If Samsung has any humanity left in it, then they should fix it in the new update. They have deliberately put this heating issue and battery drain issue in people's devices through the update and now the customer cannot even downgrade it because they have written this in their January update itself. They should fix it and keep their humanity intact.
