Galaxy S
Hello Samsung Members,
I recently switched from an iPhone to the Galaxy S25 Ultra, excited about the new features and hardware improvements. However, I’ve been facing significant heating issues, especially during tasks like camera usage, gaming, and even regular browsing. The device gets warm quickly, sometimes uncomfortably so.
I’ve already tried the following:
Disabled background apps and optimized battery settings
Ensured software is up to date
Cleared cache and performed a restart
Used device care to monitor performance
Despite these efforts, the heating persists. Is this a common issue, and are there any effective solutions to mitigate it? Would appreciate insights from other users or any official guidance from Samsung.
